I ordered a watch and when it arrived it was not working. I called the company, and was told they would send a new watch and I was to send the 1st watch back.
I told them that I would not pay shipping and handling again and was told they would send me a prepaid shipping label. I'm still waiting for that.
The replacement watch came and instead of it being for a woman, it was a man's watch. I called them today, 2/5, and was told that they do not send prepaid labels and I was never told that they do.
They also informed me that I was charged $88.98 because I didn't cancel my membership. I knew nothing about this.
Of course, because of all this inconvenience, they didn't offer to reimburse me.
