T-Mobile USA has all the morals of a loan shark or debt collection company.
They charge a service suspension fee of $20 per line as soon as they deactivate service, unlike other carriers which first disable your ability to make phone calls as a grace period before they charge any fees. Even a company like AT&T or Verizon is more reasonable than T-Mobile the "value" carrier in this regard.
Unfortunately my employer has been trouble paying the employees on time which isn't that strange considering the shape of the economy. This in turns has made it difficult for us to pay bills on time. Every other service or company we deal with is very helpful and understanding, except T-Mobile, whose antics are comparable to the ridiculous overdraft fees banks charge. Even when you call them they absolutely refuse to give you any credit.
So for the last three months they have been charging me an extra $100 a month ($20 per line with 5 lines). That's an additional 55% surcharge on my monthly bill. No industry or company today does anything that even approaches these shenanigans.
