Rude Representitive would not give refubd on a phone he knew was defective

On April 2nd I purchased a U350 from store #103 next day I called the store and they seemed to want to try to fix the phone I could not set u voice mail because it kept coming out all crackled next day I tried toretrn the phone which cost me $60.00 plus $15.00 activation feeNick Ball (store owner) refused because it did not have the plastic inside packing and referred me to the corporate store on Priest and Elliot in Tempe. The corporate store said since I did not purchase the phone from them they could not return it and sent me back to store #103as soon as I walked in the door Nick Ball said "I am not going to return that phone" so now I am stuck with a defective cell phone and out $75.00 I am on disability but needed a phone to get around with ACCCHS cabs and to speak to my children in different states I don't know what to do I purchased another phone on line but in the meantime I am STUCK WITH A DEFECTIVE PHONE please help me
