Took money after account was closed!

After cancelling the service, I was still billed and money was taken out of my account.
I spoke to the ATT rep on the phone, she stated that I had called on the 21st and that was after it was billled, the money wad taken on the the 24th.
Last month and months before it was taken out of my account on the 13th of the month.
Now since I closed it it was taken on the 24th? Wth!
