I was hoping that stamps.com would be a better way to print postage than the USPS site. I created an account and was required to put $10 into a stamps.com account for purchasing stamps. After I couldn't print any stamps I searched the site for answers and found out that after the trial I would be billed more than $15 a month. I called immediately to cancel and was told my account was closed and I would not be billed. A few weeks later, my checking account was charged a monthly fee. I called them back and was told that my account was closed and I was charged in error and that I would be refunded. I never was. That was more than a month ago. I called again and was once again told I would be refunded and that me refund should have gone through a month ago. Now I'm suddenly getting emails telling me that my monthly fee for this month is being waived! Wtf! What does a person have to do?! This has been a 4 month saga to get my money back for something I was never supposed to be charged for and for something I've never used!!! Stamps.com owes me $25 and I want my money back already! They are so dishonest and I would never recommend doing business with them.
