I bought a phone for myself and my 16 yr old son worked a summer job to buy his phone and we both are having problems. We have had the phone for less than 2 months, and my son's phone is corrupted. They have to send it back to boost mobile, and he has to wait 2 weeks. One of his worker suggested that I call boost and report my son's phone lost... Isnt that committing fraud! I told him that i would not do that, and he said that other people do it, so I assumed this is what they are telling people who has bought a phone from them, to do instead of taking responsibility and taking care of their customers. These phone were $300 each...
