As I do not have a phone, this is the way to contact me. As soon as Verizon sends a correct billing statement with all credits on it, their bill will be paid. And also, I am being harassed by another collection company in Florida regarding this. If it continues, I will file with the attorney general's office a complaint legally. I have not had a corrected bill since January, with regards to billing from three previous years, double billing for two states totalling more than they say I owe. When I contacted them, they said they do not have records that far back, but their agent of service is in Irvine, California. And low and behold they have the records but will not correct. As soon as they are, they will be paid.
