Verizon sends out online bills that are not detailed. For TV you get a listing called "bundles". The online bill does not specify what that is.
When I saw the paper printed bill, I found that I was being charged for HBO and for video games, neither of which I ever ordered or use.
Try to call them. It's impossible. You end up in a telephone loop.
By email - you get programmed responses that do not correct the situation.
There should be a law that any company doing business MUST have a real person to answer billing questions by phone.
