First I was sold a refurbished phone as new. When the phone started having problems they refused to take it back. Someone wrote in my file that I had dropped it in the toilet—liars. I asked to speak with a supervisor & was told I'd have a 30 minute wait.
Then I was told I was "breaking up" and was hung up on. So I called right back & "Theresa" commenced to yelling at me that whatever the previous operator had told me was correct & that the wait could be longer than 30 min. To talk w / a supervisor. I told them this was bad customer service.
Also, I asked how long do they keep people personal information on file. She said she didn't know. I asked If anyone did & she started yelling at me that she was not trying to keep information from me. Both people I spoke with were heavily accented. Maybe that's another American job that's gone abroad. PLEASE do not use Liberty wireless, save yourself some grief.
