I have discontinued my service with worldcom wireless since October of I am still receiving bills. I call, I am placed on hold, then I have to give information re my account, when I ask for a supervisor I am told I cannot talk to a supervisor until I give some clerk my information.
Today, January 18, I spoke to some clerk named Monique, who would not let me talk to some guy who told me he was a supervisor when I called last month, named Steven Benford. After a very long, back and forth conversation of me asking to talk to her supervisor and her telling me I cannot until I give her my account number and reason for calling, she gives me to some person named Lisa who claimed to be a supervisor, when I asked her if I could speak to Steven Benford she asked me for my account number and reason for calling.
I informed her I would give that information to Steven Benford when I talk to him. Lisa told me I cannot talk to him until I give her my account number. I informed her that I will stay on the line and go around with her as I had done with Monique until I speak to Steven Benford.
She finally put Steven Benford on the phone, I asked why, if I ask for a specific person do I have to go thru such a hassle. He said thats because they are told to obtain the information first. I am so angry with this stupid company, I have had nothing but billing problems with them since I started with them.
I truely believe they just send bills out and hope there are stupid people out there that will just pay them just to get them out of their life. I am not one of those people and I wish I could be finished with this company once and for all. I have high blood pressure, and whenever I recieve a bill from this company I can feel it rising.
