If only I could have found this site sooner!!! I think I can top everyone by saying that not once but twice I have bought from liberty. The first time was 2 years ago, and was so unhappy with service that I canceled it right away. After a few years still not knowing this website was around I thought maybe by now that libery wireless might have fixed problems. Sooo here I go again, and buy a phone. First off they said after 8 days of waiting that my phone was back ordered. Hmm big surprise, then they told me it was shipped out, well after waiting 2 weeks and them putting a wrong address on package I got the phone... Funny though when I opened it it was not the one I ordered...
I called customer service asked if i could talk to someone I could understand they said oh well we shipped you another one so you wouldnt have to wait. Oh that was so nice of them, even thought I DIDNT want that one! Then I looked in box. Hmm no rebate card. Called again they said that they would send me out another one. And new phone. New phone never came thought about it and just deceided to keep phone that was sent.
Next day no charge called and was told that they would send out new battery with rebate card
