My lofra oven door broke and for 10 weeks i dealt with think appliances. 25 phone calls, most unanswered, 2 wrong doors and finally told they could not help me. I had conceded that i had a $4000 stove that i had too throw away. Luckily i was told to try Technikaby by the good guys in marybyrnong and one phone call and 24 hours and my stove had a door on it. My faith in good old customer service restored. Three cheers for technika and the good guys.
