Oke door on my $4000 lofra oven door. Contacted think appliances as they handle lofra spares. 10 weeks later, 25 phone calls, most unanswered and 2 wrong doors, i was told they could not help me. Luckily with the help of the good gus in marybynong i contacted Tecknica. One phone call and 24 hours i had a new door on my oven. Hooray my faith in good old customer service restored.
