In Montgomery Alabama want to replace my tv now but dont want to give me a refund the tv i bought in 2003 was 2199.00 plus 379 extended warranty tv now is 1699.00 Circuit Cioty

Finally got a call today that circuitcity is going to replace my tv which is great. I asked them about a refund for my 2199.00 plus 379.00 extended warranty. They said they couldnot do that. Read the extended warranty and no where is it mentioned they cant refund my money. I really never want to buy any thing else from them. They really act like they have done nothing wrong. The person to contact is jeff at 1-888-615-8156. The tv like mine is now 500.00 cheaper than when i bought it. Sony 51 inch what will they do with the other 500.00 that is left. Plus on the new tv a lady said my extended warranty would be prorated. I would perfer my money and they can go out of business for all i care but of ripoff artist
