I purchase a phone from Circuit City in Jacksonville, Fl. And purchase the extended warranty. The phone broke within the extended warranty period they did not replace my phone they attempted to fix it. They kept my phone for 3 weeks. The phone was working and broke again after 3 months. They told me that the repair on the phone was only guaranteed for 90 days and that my extended warranty expired 30 days before my phone broke.
The manager was very rude and nasty and said it sometimes happen like that. This is an example of poor customer service and I will never buy any larger items from circuit city knowing how they treat their customers.
