Extended warranty is a ripoff and a fraud Miamiaventura

I bought a sony digital camera and a 3 year extended warranty. When my camera broke i didnt know how it broke so i called up and it took me forever to get through to the warranty company when i finally got connected i asked does the warranty cover water damage out of curiosity and then after i asked if i could send it in to get repaired he said no because my contract is on hold because i asked about water damage which it doesnt cover so now the only way i could send it in is by taking it to a athorized service center and get them to certify it. I always thought the circuit city customer service is better than best buy but now i know i was wrong and i will get my products from best buy
