I bought a phone-in January, I obtained it in Feb; it had been the incorrect shade. They advised me to deliver it back plus a type they shipped in my experience, I did so and held the bill and tracking number. They obtained the telephone and questioned basically wanted a different one simply because they didn't possess the one I needed; I requested to get a reimbursement, it never occurred. They delivered 2 or 3 emails stating the reimbursement was prepared, nevertheless, nothing turned up on my card. I named American Show after Cells4u stated they approached them which Amex would take the reimbursement, Amex explained they've not noticed something from their store; I've released a with Amex to get my cash per month before. It has been six months since I have have bought the telephone and that I am still expecting my income. I'd approached Better Business Office, they shut the criticism following a week stating I requested to get a reimbursement on my charge card... Which was it. They didn't ask me easily obtained the reimbursement or not, simply permitted Cells4u to inform them I requested to get a reimbursement demand on my charge card and that was the finish of this. Over these six months they'd not answer-phone calls or emails take after I confronted regulation participation. Today, they don't react whatsoever. I'm still awaiting my return.
