Scam! Horrible Service!

I recently bought a $350 component for my 94 Lexus ES300 from Partstrain.com. I obtained the part okay inside a couple of days of putting the purchase nevertheless found I requested the wrong product and had a need to return the component. I approached PartsTrain properly inside the 21-day return policy screen to obtain a RMA number and ship to deal with. PartsTrain supplied both RMA number and vessel tackle however it required 4 TIMES to get it after calling them twelve occasions wondering exactly why is it getting such a long time to get the return info. I instantly delivered the component back again to them using Fedex Priority Overnight company. The component was obtained in Florida and closed for that next day by somebody in the Partstrain workplace. I named them later that day-to observe how long it'd try obtain my reimbursement because the component was today obtained. I acquired the run-around about "Oh, we've to examine the component first which requires a couple days" and "Sorry, appears like you delivered the component towards the incorrect area so we've to deliver it to NYC rather than the Florida workplace which will require many days". I obtained every justification and solution however the just one I needed that was... WHEN CAN I OBTAIN MY REIMBURSEMENT?

After a lot of calls for their customer support department and obtaining a diverse reaction every time. I chose to contact American Express (since I have bought the component utilizing my AMEX card) and tell them that the deceptive/fraud cost was on my card. AMEX offered me a short-term credit of the whole $350 while they examined PartsTrain. Following a month, AMEX stated PartsTrain ultimately decided to provide me a reimbursement of $245. I informed AMEX that amt was undesirable when I needed the whole $350. The component was delivered back to PartsTrain in completely new situation the same as I obtained it and that I desired ALL my cash back. AMEX happens to be attempting to have the remaining $100. I'll never use PartsTrain again!!!
