On 03/26/07 I requested 2 tubes 1 black and 1 color. I've never obtained the colour capsule or perhaps a reimbursement for this. After I required a reimbursement for that dark capsule on 04/18/07, I obtained a contact stating that my requested have been delivered. I acquired the incorrect black capsule 14 days later. I sent it back. I've delivered the organization 7 emails and also have not gotten an answer. Obviously I've not obtained either capsule.
