I was completely duped by the Free Shipping Ads that popped up everywhere on the site including the 2 items I purchased. Unfortunately Toys R Us cleverly hides the exceptions to the 'Free' shipping under the details which is practically grayed out and barely visible to most savvy shoppers. I ended up paying over $33 in shipping costs for an item I would have gladly picked up for free at the nearest store 2 blocks away. I am not accustomed to this sort of seedy customer service and will limit my online shopping to Amazon which is straight up about shipping policies, etc.
