Ordered an Otterbox monogrammed case for $69, plus tax and shipping of $20 extra. The case was supposed to be custom sprayed. Color was not what I ordered. Also the spray painting of the case itself was done poorly, crooked on the sides and overlapped and spotty. The color fades close to the edge. I asked them to re-do it and I would pay for return shipping but they disapproved it and said basically "that's the way it turns out". I think for almost $100 it would be better quality. Their customer response emails to me were rude and they did not want to make things right. I think for the price they should have re-done it. I was so disgusted with the lack of concern with their emails I told them I was throwing it in the garbage. I would rather have a less expensive case instead of an Otterbox that was custom sprayed and monogrammed that was quality inspected and done right. Don't do business with these people, they don't do quality work and when you file a claim they cover themselves with legalalities like "that's the way it comes out and you approved the proof". The proof was supposed to be brown colored and when I got it, it looked greyish green. Looking at it you would never know it was supposed to be brown. You don't get what you pay for! I will buy one from another company I heard about.
