I ordered an Otterbox for i-phone 5 from www.acctown.com. A fake, useless case made in China arrived in a plain yellow envelope with no box, or paper work. It looks nothing like the real Otterbox case. The return envelope was from 1214 W Boston Post Rd. 139 Mamaroneck, N.Y. 10543.
