On June 14, my wife ordered me (2) Gemini Powered Subwoofers (GVXSUB15P) from Unique Squared in Atlanta. This ordered was placed through Amazon. On June 15, we received an email from Unique Squared, informing us our items were shipped. On 19, UPS arrived with our items & I was extremely happy. (At least, until I saw the boxes.)
The first thing I noticed was the condition of the boxes. Both looked like they were 5 year old boxes. They had masking tape all around the boxes and the tape wasn't sticking to the box. I also noticed, the plastic & foam that protects the speakers had been disturb. I DECLINED THE ORDER FROM UPS.
Are you kidding me! My wife ordered brand new subwoofers & Unique Squared sends us use product. I immediately filed a complaint with AMAZON, requesting a FULL REFUND. To date, Unique Squared hasn't responded to us. But based on their history, I'm thinking they will ignore us as they've done to other customers. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
This was a Father's Day gift gone wrong. We're not going away. I intend use all my resources to get my money back and expose this company for who they truly are. Again, beware of this company!!
