My kitchen renovation began over a year ago. The tiled floor grout came out in three colors, and after at least 4 failed attempts we were permitted to get our own contractor to fix it. We signed off on it to get money back at the store.
Cabinets were falling and hit me in the head, so Home Depot fixed what they could, but one is still scratched up. The granite countertop stains could not be rectified. Our own plumber had to fix the leaking sink. A manager addressed the window that would not lock. All monies had been paid off.
Finally, the fridge, purchased separately, failed and was looked at 5 times, but it may or may not be quite right. The settlement was very low: $500 plus another fridge worth $900. The store had promised a new fridge 2 days before the settlement.
I feel frustrated, deceived and distraught over this entire battle for such a long time.
