Need working ph - magicjack

I have ph, i paid in advance for a year, the ph doesn't work at all. Call come. Ph asks if i accept, i say yes, but nothing happenned.

calls come through another ph, 931 486 2917, but i didn't have any agreement, simply att assigned me that ph without agreement because i changed services to magicjack
