I purchase the magicjack over the internet after seeing it advertised on tv. They have a 30 day trail. Well the device would not work on my computer. I went back on the website to find a # to call and they only have a chat room where you can get help. Well that didn't help. Then when my bill came there is a # on the Viza bill, so I called and they say its the Corp. Office, but it just sounds like some guy that tells you to go onto the website for help. So there is no help or I guess there is no refund. I would like to return the magicjack, then every year after they charge another $19.99 for having it. Well I don't want to keep paying for something that doesn't work. I paid $46.90 for the magicjack.
