Terrible customer service. They don`t explain what you pay for till it`s to late

Called the to come and mount my TV on my wall. I was told over phone i get a complete room setup. With concealed wires in the wall for $260.00. Sure NP! When they get here they techs tell me No we do not do that! Plus my components were already set up correctly. So they did nothing but mount my TV. FOR $260.00! When i called to try and ask why i was mislead on phone order, they said they give no REFUNDS! Or CREDIT. Sorry... Only way they conceal wires in wall is if you have the proper wiring. Which would cost $100.00 per wire which the techs have with them. How convenient. But they do not say this when you place order and pay. With a no refund policy. They Suck! And are thieves.
