TV Repairs Take Over Ten Days, Happened Three Times

Worst damn place to ever need service from, horrible service, unable to fix correctly, techs unqualified for repairs. Must wait over 10 days to have tv fixed, has happened 3 times. Do not ever depend on Best Buy, their service, and most importantly don't ever think they care about customer service
