In early December I bought a brand new cell phone for my minor son with the offer of a mail-in rebate in the amount of $ 100.00 if we follow the instructions and mail a/any used phone in working condition to the address shown on a voucher I was given etc., which I of course did... It has been 2 months and I have yet to receive the promised $ 100.00 prepaid card in the mail... After i don't remember how many calls to customer service, rebate center, store... You figure, I was told today by a representative at T-Mobile 888-418-1508 to log onto www.mytradesin.com as they don't handle any trade-ins, she kept answering all my questions about the mail-in rebate, any other number to call, a supervisor etc to: you have to go to www.mytradesin.com... No other information I was able to obtain from her, and I made her spell the website twice... Now I only get a website to register with a login and password, nothing else.
T Mobile is the worst!!! Please do yourself the favor and go with any other!!!
