Did you know... That when you purchase a new Vizio TV product, specifically a 37 inch flat screen, if you need to send it back, you do not get a new TV unless you spend an add'l $129 or more, you get a replacement. Also if you receive a replacement TV, the 90 day warranty starts when you CALL Vizio to get the information to return the product NOT WHEN you receive the unit... So the 90 day warranty actually is 60 days!!! No where do you know about these two items unless you specifically know to ask or at the time you are calling to see what can be done. The booklet you receive when you purchase the product doesn't come close to explaining this nor do you see it prior to purchase. It is in the box. The staff informed me that they cannot make exceptions and it is at their discretion to do so. That is such a contradictory statement.
