Called Vizio Corporate support to get help on a problem I was having with a REPLACEMENT Vizio they sent me. Last February we went to Walmart to purchase a TV, we purchased a Vizio 46 " and that one started to get some blueish shadows, so I called the Vizio tech support and after months of talking to techs from Vizio they decided to send a repair man to replace a circut board in the tv, well that didn't work the shadowing was still there, so Vizio decided to send me a replacement Vizio television same model and here it is May and now a blue line has appeared on the screen and now they are saying that the warranty has expired and there is nothing they can do other than give me a reduced price on a replacement television, why would I want another television from Vizio if they only last less than a year, I can bet you that if anyone asked me about the VIZIO BRAND television I will do my best to discourage them from wasting their hard earned money on a throw away television that doesn't even last a year. I think Vizio needs to train their manager with badge number 282 (Brian) on how to talk to people, he was very rude.
