Like many others here and elsewhere online, I purchased a Vizio TV just over two years ago and it went out completely, without warning. Upon calling the company's customer service department I was informed the unit is out of warranty and I'm out of luck. The unhelpful young man did say it's too bad I didn't purchase the TV at Costco, they have the best warranty. No help and very frustrating! A new TV at nearly $500 should last longer the thirty months! Don't buy Vizio!!
