I placed three order with Dell.com. Three systems, among other things.instead of 3 portable DVD players for laptops, they sent out three speakers. Ok, that was resolved.instead of a laptop, they sent out a laptop case. I used my Billing Right s and disputed the charge with Dell Financial Services. I have proof that they received my writting dispute, but account is still active and no investigations are done. They continue to bill and acrue interest for merchandise I did not receive. Not to mention, the merchandise I returned, and I have tracking numbers to prove these returns are not credited back on my account. How do we fight a company that scams people so openly? How do I dispute my store card account, when they are owned by Dell?
However, do not buy from them. If you buy, pay with your credit card, if you must dispute a charge, your credit card will at least investigate their scams. Poor poor foreign customer service. Was on phone with them for over two hours to be able to return a laptop they sent out with a broken wifi card. Two hours of my time, my minutes, my return of the item, still no credit. Rip offs!
