Purchased Dell Laptop and Wireless Router in May failed to work Wirless Internet connection for 3 weeks and after Dell Support failed to get it working, returned Laptop and Router to Dell. Received Voice message from Dell indicating they received my return for a full credit on my Account. Dell Financial has refused to full credit my account and will not investigate or assist in determing why my account was not issused a full credit. They are rude and hard to work with, I have given up hope in resolving issue on my own. Beware of Dell Financial, they are not customer friendly.
