Horrible customer service

We purchased a power vary from Sears that smashed your day soon after we got it. After I named to possess someone come view it I had been hung-up about the very first time. The 2nd period I responded about 20 automatic concerns to make the journey to a genuine individual and was subsequently transferred to someone else. The 2nd person also transferred me. The 3rd person desired to deliver a shipping person to check out the range in 3 times but we did not require a shipping person, we required a repair person. I went to Sears to truly have a salesman help me. He named customer support, who transferred him after which disconnected his phone. Once the fix guy arrived, he explained he had a need to purchase a component which was on backorder for just two months. We instantly named Sears to inform them in the future obtain the range so we're able to return it. We were delivered to a voicemail twice having a guaranteed return phone within 60-minutes that never occurred. We were disconnected twice, transferred once and lastly got to keep in touch with a girl to seemed like she hated her work and would not hear. Obviously, I'll NEVER purchase a or other things at Sears again!
