E: called customer service no one available
f: emailed customer service no reply for 3 days
G: called customer service again no one available
H: Purchased an unlimited plan phone worked again
I: customer service finally calls me back 3 days later stating they are unable to view the usage because i already refilled the account. I offer to send them copys of my phone logs along with call counter they state it would mean nothing. HOW CONvenient.
J: now that i think about it anytime i used a $30 plan its been light on the minutes
