Being bill for the phone that stop working llast week of december cancelled jan 7 still got billed on feb
Acct.#83777* under angeles sapigao last4 5639 dec 10 got 3 lines bought 2 of the phones after 2 weeks phones dont work call them got 2 fix and works one didnt work keep calling service go to walmart still didnt work so jan 7 return the and sim and cancell the service on 1 phone keep the other 2 which still have problems every week but getting fix after couple of days basically 3rd was only used about two weeks in december how come feb 14 bill i have to pay 112.44 still 3 lines jan 7 went to walmart and have it cancelled after they try to fix it for over a week and didnt work didnt cancell earlier than that date bacause they keep saying give it 24 to 48 hours we have walmart employee cancell the service after we return the phone that only work for about 2 weeks. Some custumer service rep pretend to know what they doing and they talk to us like they dont care if they loose your custumers you should check that. I dont think i have to pay for 3 lines while i only have 2 give me my credit or i move to different company next month thank you..
