Your walmart money center at walmart service is disgusting i went in last week on 06/11/10 to get a money order and the cashier refused to give me a refund at first she didnt know what she was doing and not only did she make me miss a whole day of work, but incompetency and lack of knowing how to work the cashier, not only only made me late for wrok and caused me problems with my job, but her attitude was that she didnt care if she inconvenienced other custoers. The money center is supposed to be a quick and convenient way to for customers to save time from having to go the the post office, but yet when u have incompetent people runnign the register its an inconvenience to the customer. I waited from 7:00 am til 7:51 am to finally get a reund back, because the cashier refuse to give me a refund. You need to talk to your staff at the wilmington. Nc. And the sign states that they open at 7 am for the money center, but they dont and they hae customers waiting til they take thier sweet time and open up the counter. Time is money and customers is waht keep walmart in business. The moeny center is horrible service and if they open at 7 am they shldnt have people waiting past 7 am for them to topen up the store.
