I ordered 2 phones from walmart to use on there walmart family plan... Went to walmart to pick up phones... Box said 2 phones shipped... Only 1 was in box... Service took care to mark only one was in the box and had the other one shipped to my home free of charge...
So good so far... Took the one home to check out rreception... Could not get a signal at hhome... Took phone back to walmart... Cancelled my account... At family plan... So far so good... Dylon aat walmart customer counter in batavia nny was great... We cancelled the other phone that didnt come... So good so far now problems start... Walmart says i am not getting refund for the other phone seeing how i never recieved it...
Oh yea i paid for both phones in order to take the one home... And to add salt to the injury... I get a letter saying my family plan has been suspened for non payment of 87 dollars... I try and call to explain the accounts where cancelled the next day... But cant get anywheres cause i dont remember my phone number threw the family plan... What a mess... Come on walmart
i love your stores... So do better job on your family plan service
