I bought an ilo television from the walmart in my city and almost as soon as i got it out of the box the remote quit working entirely... Not a few buttons the whole damn thing! Ive had my television for about 5 or 6 months now and there are little horizontal lines going about 5 inches down on the top of my tv.
There is nothing i can do to fix it. Its a glitch in the television itself. There is a waranty on the thing but you have to pay to ship it to them and pay for them to work on the stupid thing. Thats not a waranty. I already paid 300 bucks i dont want to pay 200 more to fix a problem that i didnt cause... Walmart does not accept the return of these tv's beings most of the stores no longer carry this brand... Hmmm wonder why that would be... After hours of research on the internet ive come to learn that many many others are having the same or similar problems with these tv's.
Walmart and Ilo both know the product's are crap and they sell them anyways for what they determine to be a "reasonable" price. Now yes i only paid 300 for a 52 inch tv but for my money i got garbage... If you call either company you will simply get the run arround like so many others. Never buy this brand!!!
