I never recieved a package of alarm clock via UPS. The tracking information showed: Arrived but I never got it. So I called and been disconnected three times. After that Customer service finally answered but put me on hold forever! Been phone for more than hour. They said they will investigate and it takes 5-7 days. However, they said they can ship me another one but I have to pay for it til the investigation is done then credit in my account. I don't want credit in my account, all they have to do is ship me another one and save their time not have to credit in my account. They refused! So that means I will not get my money back! Good thing I didn't pay for another one. Their service is FRAUD! I called after 5-7 days and they told me to call back later on the same day, HUH? Doesn't make any sense! I just want my CLOCK! Or money back. I will not ever buy any products from them.
