It is unbeleivable what a rip off this company is and how many complaints have been filed and nothing has been done about this fraudulent company. I ordered this product with the advertizement of a 30 free trial of the product. Try it for 30 days if you don't like it return it for a full refund. First you can't try it until you actually receive it. Once installed then the 30 days should start But no this company goes from the time you order it so you don't come close to getting the 30 days they state you can try it. I Found this out when trying to get a refund before the 30 trial after installing the unit should of been up. I was three days over according too them. But not according too the time actually receiving the unit in the mail to try it. What a scam and a lie the try it for 30 days is. It took me this long to figure out the system did not work as advertized or even close. I have spent literaly hours on the chat talk which is the only way to get a hold of them trying too fix the problem. They do not care. They stated I will personally report this too our techs and get back to you. They never get back. My problem is that there service is a fraud.in my area of service I cannot even call my doctors office the call does not go through along with many other numbers such as my heating oil company. Doctors number 541-851-8110 for example. Calling this number I get a recording that it cannot go through as dialed. But when I use my cell phone or any other phone serevice the call goes through just fine. I made a complaint which I have coppied. Letting them know if the service does not work on all phones when calling them it is a worthless service and does not work as advertized. And I wanted a full refund. They denied my refund. They have not fixed the problem. They told me it was a routing problem with a company called quest. Which is a major company for phone service in this area. I have found also people could not get through to me also doctors ect. The service does not work as advertized call local, us and canada. Oh wait I foorgot too mention you can call only certain numbers other do not work nor can you get through too them. And by the way many can not get through too you. What a fraudulent rip off company this is. It took me a month too figure out what was going on and that it was majicjack service that was causing the problem. If people knew before buying this product that these problems existed they would never buy the product. It is a total and complete rip off. And unless you don't care if you can call your doctor or get heating fuel or call my numbers in the U.S. Then guess it would be ok. When talking or chatting they rudly disconnect you. They do not provide refunds when the service does not work as advertized the are a total and complete fraud. Please someoe start a class action law suite against this company I will gladly join the thousands of others who have been ripped of by this company.
