I put an order 10/14 which was designed to ship immediately. I named 10/19 and was informed that it did not deliver however, and so I told Amy to stop it. She said she'd. Item delivered anyway, I declined it, after which did not get a credit. Several telephone calls and a few months later, I eventually obtain a credit for $98 and change (I had been billed $161.99). Amy says it had been to get a "rejection charge".incredible. I'll NEVER purchase out of this organization again!!! I notice you will find comparable grievances about that organization on the internet, also! Evidently, it is regular exercise by these folks!
