Customer Service—HORRIFIC - Not Responsive To Customers

I've not been able to call many landline business numbers for 4 weeks. It took 2.5 days before I finally was transferred to a "senior engineer", who couldn't figure out the problem and wrote a ticket.
Each time I call for status or to have an interim solution (new majicjack etc), I am BLOCKED with "Please don't worry, our engineers will get back to you when it's done. Your patience is highly appreciated." 2 customer service reps offered to send a new Majicjack at MY EXPENSE!!!

I've never contacted a company thbat did not have an escalation process that WORKS, at the 2nd level here they say they are the only ones that can help, yet in the same breath say that they cannot comment on engineers working on the problem.
Other lower level cust srve reps (there are 3 levels before being connected to an engineer) want to 'trouble shoot' before just escalating... MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME.
Aside from this massive problem (I only got majicjack for landline calls as I have unlimited cell to cell with my cell), since the beginning, dropped calls, echo on line, cannot participate on other conference calls, and not work calling what appears to be most landlines that are commercial, my bank, my housing dept which i do a lot of biz with, my broker, my investment banker, my shoe repair man etc.
If you have any desire to have a phone actually works with any consistency, do not not not not get this inferior product, that is coupled with horrific customer service.
