I purchased MajicJack Plus in January. After I transferred my old number to MajicJack I tried to use it. I had several dropped calls. Each day the yellow light would go out and the phone would not accept incoming or outgoing calls. The solution was to turn the power off then on again. This was required each day. Customer service is a misnomer. I called then eight times, each time they claimed it was fixed. I told them if it works for the next two days I will consider it fixed. It has never met that criteria. When I asked for a phone number to report the problem they said they had no number to give me. But if I could tell them the problem I was having they would fix it. I told them that seven people before them promised the same thing but failed. I called their billing department number at 561-594-9787. This provides a recorded advertisement then you are prompted to wait for an operator. Then they hung up on me four times. Seems there phone service is so bad that they can't even fix their own phones.
