GE Zurich Warranty for Circuit City Computer Compaq Presario #5204

I purchased a Compaq Presario Computer nearly three years ago and have had problems since the day I brought it home.

Also bought the extened service contract. It's all paid for in cash. I bought it and the extended contract at Circuit City in St. Louis, MO.

So Far, they hve never stood behind their contract which states, "They will send tne part directly out to me and I just put the malfunctioning part in the new box that the new product comes in and send it back."

They will not even send the new part to me, which I bave made several calls that are documented with all of the technicians names and ID numbers written doown Can someone plese get my new computer on it's way or help me? I noticed that the ohter person wrote an e-mail to you and my cimplaint is almost identical... PLEASE HELP ME! Time is running out on me... Thank you so much.
