Ripoff - replace cds in new cases with other cds

I've purchase lots of cd's and twice they were replace with another cd in inside it.

They won't exchange for another one even if i have a reciept.

I even called the 1800 nnumber and they refuse to help me.

The manager was very rude.

Here policy signs in there store says they will exchange the merchandise for another.

I pointed out to them and still wouldn't help me.

I was so upset. I had bought the cd's for christmas for my son. He was very diappointed when he opened the cd to find that there was another cd inside it.

If i ever go to buy a cd again i will have the store open it before i purchase it.
