I bought a computer from this company because i thought I would get good customer service. I went to the Portsmouth store. At that time they had a tech at that store. The comuter started to freeze up and service was required so I called them. They said no problem, and charged me money for reconfiguring the system. Problems continued. After about two months and many trips to the store they finally repalaced the motherboard.
