I purchased a cd writer at curcuit city in johnson city tenn.installed it in my computer and it wouldn't work. I took it back to the store to exchange it.
The manager said it wasn't the product that came in the box and they couldn't do any thing about it that it was the manufactures' problem to contact creative labs. I contacted creative they told me they only shipped products in sealed boxes that it was curcuit cities problem.
Curcuit city says they only sail products in sealed boxes.in other words their calling me a lier and a theif. The box was not eraped in plastic it had a peice of tape sealing the top lid. Neither will refund the money or the product. I would like to have the product or the money so I can purchase the right product.
