The website never let me review my purchase or stated a return policy prior to the transaction going though. No reciept was ever recieved, even after requests via the phone. The eyeglasses I recieved are not the frames I ordered. The company refuses to admit their mistake and exchange them. I would have to purchase entirely new lenses (at over $200). Since I have no reciept, I can't even prove that they're in the wrong. The box the glasses were shipped in didn't contain so much as a packing slip. I'm at a loss as to what to do.
